We recently did somewhat of an upgrade to our kitchen - I guess you can say that we remodeled it. We went out and bought $3,000 worth of appliances. Also, in the middle of our kitchen sits an island. I always loved that thing. I really think it adds to the kitchen. Some people, however, do not think that way. They think the island clutters up the space. I guess you can say that is true if you have a small kitchen - but if you have a moderate to large size, I think you will be ok.
